Funeral Service for Ms. Deloach will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 1:00pm at Little Walker C.M.E. Church located at 220 Linder Rd, Butler, AL 36904 with repose one hour prior to service at the church. Pastor Vernon Burroughs will be officiating. Interment will follow in Little Walker C.M.E. Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 8, 2023 from 5-7pm at Weatherly-Studdard Memorial Funeral Home located at 111 Vanity Fair Av, Butler, Alabama 36904.

Stephanie Levette Deloach was born October 27, 1972, in Butler, AL to Mr. James Earl Deloach and the late Mrs. Lillie Gray Deloach. She transitioned from her earthly home to her heavenly home on August 29, 2023, at Ochsner Rush Hospital in Meridian, MS. Stephanie was preceded in death by her mother and both her paternal and maternal grandparents.

 Stephanie was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend to those who knew her.

 Stephanie is survived by her loving father James Deloach; three beautiful daughters: Kienna (Travis) Pace, Kierra Ruffin, and Jataura Deloach; two sisters and one brother: Lekita (Maurice) Burnett, Tomika Deloach, and Shondray Deloach; five grandsons: Ashton, Amari, Travis Jr, River, Jacarris; one niece, Shelia; one nephew, Maurice Jr.; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.

Funeral Service for Grant Ruffin was held on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 178 Mt. Olive Road, Butler, AL, with Rev. James Thomas III, Officiating.  Rev. McSellin Ray, Pastor.  Interment, Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery.

Bro. Grant Ruffin was born January 10, 1959, to the late LC and Ella Ruffin.  He departed this life on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at University Hospital in Birmingham, AL.

He is preceded in death by three brothers: Eddie Jackson, Louis Ruffin, and James Ruffin; one sister, Irene Ruffin McIntosh; two brothers-in-law, Will Pennington and Richard McIntosh.

Grant confessed Christ at an early age and joined the Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Butler, AL.  After high school, he was employed by Asplundh Tree Service, Jachin Lumber Company, and later became employed as a Security Guard at Bonita Lakes Mall, Meridian, MS.

Grant leaves to cherish his memories: a loving and devoted partner for many years, Angela Land, Yantley, AL; two sisters, Betty Pennington, Fort Wayne, IN; Joyce Ruffin, Butler, AL; one brother, Arenzo (Charlene) Ruffin, New Mexico; two sisters-in-law, Wanda Pennington, Fort Wayne, IN; Janice Ruffin, Butler, AL; one aunt, Onita Jackson, OK; mother-of-love, Barbara Land, Yantley, AL, that loved him dearly; godmother, Margie Crowell, Butler, AL.  Grant also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
