Funeral Services for Veronica Gail Henderson, 48, were held Saturday, January 10, 2026 @ 11:00 A.M. at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church located at 2887 New Hope Rd, Needham, AL with Pastor Shirley Pearson officiating.  Interment followed in the church cemetery.

Veronica GAIL Henderson was born January 23, 1977 to Theodore Henderson and Geraldine Henderson in Butler, Alabama.  She joined Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church at a young age where she remained a faithful and devoted member until the time of her death.

Veronica graduated from Southern Choctaw High School with the Class of 1995.  She went on to further her education at the  University of North Georgia in Gainesville, Georgia where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a minor in Research Methods.  She later became employed at Alcon in Atlanta, GA serving as the Quality Assurance CAPA Investigator where she worked for 17 years.  She then proceeded to work at CC Brands, LLC as the Compliance/Training Coordinator and worked there for six years until her health started to decline.

Veronica departed this life on December 31, 2025.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Millie Mae & Coley Henderson and Jerry & Annie Pearson.

Veronica leaves to cherish her memories: her father, Theodore Henderson; mother, Geraldine Henderson; brother, Gregory (Christina) Henderson; sisters, Pamela (Raymond) Eason, Victoria (Jhonnie) Williamson; nieces, Magan Coleman, Gabriella Evans, Susie (Travis) MacFarland; a nephew, Gregory Henderson, Jr.; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and special friends.
