Graveside Service for
Thomas Curtis DeLoach, age 89, was held on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at
11:00a.m. at Little Hope Baptist Church in Lisman, Alabama with Rev. Vernon
McGrew officiating.

Thomas Curtis DeLoach was
born on September 7, 1932 to the late Eliza Baskin and Earl DeLoach of Yantley,
AL. He departed this life on Thursday, October 7, 2021. Thomas was preceded in
death by his parents; eight siblings; two grandchildren; and one great
grandchild.

Thomas gave his life to
Christ at an early age and joined Little Hope Baptist Church where he served
faithfully until his health declined. He was united in holy matrimony to Louise
Coleman DeLoach. To this union six children were born. Thomas had various jobs
over the years. However, he retired from the lumber industry at 65 years of
age.

He leaves to cherish his
memory six children, Lurrleen DeLoach Thorton (Smiley) of Halsell , AL,
Beatrice Marie DeLoach of Meridian, MS, Thomas Curtis DeLoach, Jr. (Emily) of
Bayshore, NY, Robert James DeLoach of Forest, MS, Richard Earl DeLoach of
Halsell, AL and Amy Veronica Anthony (Marvin) of Meridian, MS; one sister, Cora
DeLoach-Brown; nineteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; three
sisters-in-law, Queenie DeLoach, Geraldine DeLoach, Bessie L. Oliver; and a
host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
