Service for Reginal Natrell Vines, age 47, was held Friday, October 20, 2023 at 11:00am at Bobby's Community Center in Pennington, AL. Interment followed at Red House Cemetery in Lavaca, AL.


Reginal Vines was born May 10, 1976 to Johnny and Pearlena Vines. He fell asleep in death on October 12, 2023 in M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX.


Reginal graduated from Choctaw County High School in 1994. After graduation he moved to Tuscaloosa, AL and began working for UPS. Having an entrepreneurial spirit, he moved to Atlanta, GA where he became co-owner of two clothing stores located in Atlanta, GA and Butler, AL. He later moved to Meridian, MS and began working with Medicare Advantage Insurance. After learning the business, he started his own insurance company, Lavaca Primary. He moved his business to Houston, TX in 2020 where he resided until his death.


Reginal achieved many accomplishments during his lifetime, but what was most important to him was his family and friends, who he truly loved and enjoyed dearly. He loved life and enjoyed travelling and attending sporting events.


He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Johnny and Pearlena Vines of Butler, AL; sister, Sharon Knighton, of Lisman, AL; brother, , Derrick Vines, of Atlanta, GA; four sons, DeAndre Hardy of Eutaw, AL, Terrell Vines of Tuscaloosa, AL, Justin Vines of Atlanta, GA, Dallas Vines of Butler, AL; one grandchild, Jace Vines, of Tuscaloosa, AL; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
