Celebration of Life Services for Juanita Louise Rackley was held on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Butler Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church, 713 DeSoto Road, Butler, Alabama with Rev. Kennith B. Jefferson, Officiating.  Interment, Butler Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church Cemetery, Butler, Alabama.

Juanita radiated beauty and warmth, embodying a heart of Gold.  She was a source of love, cherished for her kindness, and consistently demonstrated compassion toward others.

Juanita Louise Rackley was born July 20, 1986, to Larry Rackley and the late, Mary Hamm Rackley.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Nettie Rackley and Mr. and Mrs. Julius Hamm; her aunt: Earlene Rackley, and her uncle, Sylvester Leon Parson.

She joined Butler Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church at an early age.  Juanita was a 2005 graduate of Choctaw County High School, Butler, AL.  She was a proud employee of Piggy Wiggly.

Juanita leaves to cherish her memories: her father, Larry Rackley of Butler, AL. She is also survived by her devoted mother-figure: Aunt Judy Rackley; as well as her special aunt: Thorise B. Cunningham from Butler, AL; her aunt: Vera Hamm of Danville, VA.  Additionally, she is remembered by her two uncles: Rudell (Sidney) Rackley of San Antonio, TX, and June Hamm of Atlanta, GA.  Her legacy also includes three great aunts: Ruth Rackley, Willie Jewel Rackley and Bessie (Danny) Brown of Butler, AL; along with a cherished mother/daughter bond with Peggy Brown; and a host of relatives and friends.
