Graveside Service for James Prestage, Sr., age 69, were held Saturday, January 2, 2021 at 1:00pm at Woodall Cemetery in Pennington, AL.

James was born on May 24, 1951 in Pennington, AL to Tommie and Elizabeth Prestage. He departed this earthly life for eternity on December 28, 2020. He was preceded in death by: a son, Reginald Prestage; his parents, Tommie and Elizabeth Prestage; two brothers, Tommie Earl Prestage and Johnny Lee Ruffin; and a mother-in-law, Lola Mae Ruffin.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife of fifty years, Earlean Prestage; three children, James Prestage, Jr. (Tronda) of Pennington, AL, Keshia Prestage of Mobile, AL, Marko Prestage of Detroit, MI; eight grandchildren, Montesha Martin, Shantane Marin, Deondre Prestage, Amari Wilson, Christianna Prestage, Sydney Prestage, Jeremiah Prestage, Jaida Prestage; one great grand to be, Monti Niair Johnson; and four
brothers Ernest Prestage (Mary Nell), Jonathan Prestage (Ella), Robert Prestage (Virginia) and Leroy Prestage, all of Pennington, AL.
