Funeral Services for Eugene Timothy Glover, Sr., age 66, was held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Revelation Knowledge Bible Church in Birmingham, AL with Dr. Larry Russell officiating. Interment followed at Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, AL.

Eugene Timothy Glover, know as Tim by those who loved him, was born June 16, 1955 in Birmingham, AL to the late Samuel and Jessie B. Glover. He transitioned from this earthly home on May 22, 2022.

Tim grew up in the West End Community where he attended West End High School and afterward joined the United States Army and served from 1974-1978. He was stationed at Fort Benning Army Base in Fort Benning, GA. Tim was a husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a proud veteran, the ultimate Pittsburg Steelers fan, a movie buff, and music lover.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Sharon Annette Glover; two daughters, Tracy Russell (Larry), Tamika Lawrence (Marco); two sons, Eugene T. Glover, Jr. (Kendra), Atlanta, GA and Markis Glover (Erica); eleven grandchildren; three brothers, Samuel, Ricky Glover, Ronald Glenn Glover and Darryl Cobb; one sister, Geraldine Studdard (James); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, close family and friends.
