Funeral Services for Daniel Foster, age 85, were held Saturday, August 30, 2025 @ 11:00am at Pineville M.B. Church in Gilbertown, Alabama with Pastor Lewis Jefferson officiating.  Interment followed at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Needham, Alabama.

Mr. Daniel Foster was born March 8, 1940 in Gilbertown, AL to the late John Mark Foster, Sr. and Lucy Bonner.  He transitioned from this world on August 21, 2025 in Atlanta, GA.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucy and John Foster; brothers, Little Joe Foster, Leroy Foster, LC Foster, LT Foster, John Foster, Jr., Cornelius Foster; sisters, Loraine Turner, Catherine Pearson; one son, Robert Evans; and one granddaughter, Tempest Foster.

Mr. Daniel Foster was a long-time resident of Miami, FL. After retiring from the Dept. of Water and Sewer of Hialeah, FL, he returned to Gilbertown, AL  where he was a devoted member of Pineville MB Church.

Mr. Foster is survived by three sons, Daniel (Sherry), Sean Foster, Greg Graham, Cedrick (Renesha) Foster; two daughters, Sandra F. Moore, Cenither Nicholson; one sister, Bruenell Sims of Connection, NY; one brother, McKinley "Mose" (Eula) Foster of Dayton, OH; fifteen grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
