Funeral Services for Christine Phillips Crosby will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church, 111 Everette Circle, Silas, Alabama with Rev. Ennis Rankins, Officiating. Interment, Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery.

Christine was born on August 6, 1951 to the late Vencilee and Elouise Phillips.

She joined Shiloh Baptist Church at an early age, where she remained faithful.

She was united in Holy Matrimony to Anderson Crosby on January 3, 1970, until his death July 8, 2010.

Christine Crosby, at the age 71, of Silas, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023.

She leaves to cherish her memories: two devoted daughters, Sharon Crosby, Silas Alabama and Bridget Crosby, Tuscaloosa, Alabama; two grandchildren, Ameera Colvin and Anderson Crosby; two god-granddaughters, Danielle Collins and Dahnia Lewis; two brothers, James Terry Phillips (Frances) and Michael Phillips; four sisters, Diane Phillips, Linda Hicks (JC, Jr.), Debbie Royal (Willie) and Patricia Stallworth (William); two sisters-in-law, Vernell Everett and Dorothy Napier; two devoted cousins, Shirley Dozier and Lorene Anderson; a devoted nephew, Taron Hicks; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Anderson Crosby; two daughters, Eleece and Martina Crosby; three siblings, Marilyn Hicks, Spencer Phillips, and Vencilee Phillips.
