Graveside Service for
Charlie Lee Watson, age 71, was held Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 11:00am at
Shiloh C.M.E. Church in Lisman, AL with Rev. Willie Woodard officiating.

Charlie Lee Watson was
born on September 19, 1949 to the late Mr. Kelly and Mrs. Charlie Mae Watson in
Halsell, AL. He was one of two children
born to this union. He went home to be with the Lord on September 8, 2021. He
was preceded in death by his parents, Kelly and Charlie Mae Watson and a
brother, Thomas Watson.

Charlie accepted Christ at
an early age and was a member of John the Baptist Church. He later became a
member of Shiloh C.M.E. Church where he participated in bible study and served
as a volunteer.

Charlie attended Choctaw
County Schools and enlisted in the United States Navy in 1968, where he was a
heavy equipment operator. He married Cassie B. O'Field in 1972 and together
they had two sons, Michael and Kelly. Charlie was employed by James River
Corporation for over 25 years.

Charlie is survived by his
wife of 49 years, Cassie; four children, Kendra McGrew, Michael Watson (Tanya),
Bobby Hosea (Pauline), Kelly Watson (Nakia); one godson, Brandon O'Field; 18
grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; one sister, Louise Dixon; two aunts,
Edith Duncan, Ruby Rogers; one uncle, Lavelle Rogers; four sisters-in-law,
Betty O'Field, Emma Watson, Hattie Roberts, Betty Jean Franklin; two
brothers-in-law, Jesse O'Field, Edward O'Field; and a host of nieces and
nephews.
