Sis. Carolyn was born August 8, 1943 in Choctaw County, Alabama to the late Tommy Lee Williams, Sr. and Dora Gertrude Blanks Williams.

She was united in holy matrimony to the late Grady Cunningham, Sr. Sis. Carolyn was a very faithful and devoted member of the Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church.

She departed this life on Friday, June 30, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Cunningham, Sr.; her parents, Tommy and Dora Williams; her sister, Ethel Ree Chaney; and her brother, Tommy Lee Williams, Jr.

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her four sons: Arnold (Brenda) Cunningham, Grady Cunningham, Jonathan Cunningham, and Freddie Lee (Romiler) Cunningham; grandchildren, Liron (Bertha) Cunningham, Jordyn (Damien) Cunningham, Terrell President, Antonio Cunningham, Lashaun Cunningham, Nikki Cunningham, Lyric Cunningham, London Cunningham, Tamar Williams, Jasmine Denise Cunningham, Alica Deler, Cedrick Giles, Lavell A.
