Blake Carlos Howard was born on May 25, 1989, in Meridian, MS to Hiram Howard and Jacqueline Howard. He departed this earthly life on November 01, 2024, at Ochsner Choctaw General Hospital in Butler, Alabama. He is preceded in death  by his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and brother, Brandon Howard.

Blake confessed his love for Christ at an early age and was baptized at Salem Baptist Church in Butler, Alabama.

Blake was a sweet soul who touched everyone who knew him. He will forever be remembered for his dedication to his family.

Maye of Butler, AL; Glynis Mosley of Butler, AL; a dear
